Join Rolling Meadows Brewery on their farm for a 4 course meal of fresh, locally grown ingredients expertly prepared by Chef Justin Cooper of Cooper’s StrEATside Bistro and paired with exceptional beers from Rolling Meadows Brewery. The night will begin with a brewery tour featuring appetizers and two beer cocktails after which attendees will be treated to 4 delicous courses.

First Course

Shaved Red Cabbage, Fennel and Apple salad with crumbled bleu cheese and candied walnuts, paired with Summertime brew

Second Course

Roasted Butternut Squash Soup with Herb Croutons, paired with White IPA

Third Course

Lincoln’s Lager Brined Pork Steak, garlic mashed potatoes and Roasted seasonal vegetables, paired with Abe’s Ale

Fourth Course

Sweet Corn Panna Cotta with an Apple Cinnamon Compote, paired with Springfield Wheat
