Lincoln’s Lager began as a home brewer’s dream, grew into an local icon, and inspired countless more beer offerings at the Rolling Meadows Brewery. Its unique aromas from the use of whole-cone American hops have fascinated beer drinkers around Central Illinois and made this beer a classic, yet it remains new, complex and surprising to thousands of beer drinkers every day. It is—as it always has been—all natural, bottle conditioned and refreshingly bold.

Springfield Wheat

The classic wheat, with a twist!

Abe’s Ale

Our favorite ale, just the way Abe would have liked.

Abe’s Ale is our maple syrup brown ale. It throws a wrench in the works of the bland brown ale with it’s high A.B.V, which serves to balance and almost disappear the sweet from the maple syrup.

Session Lager

Our seasonal favorite. Available right now!

The Beer that will set you free… Lincoln’s Session Lager is a smooth lager. It has caramel flavors that make it great to drink with a nice meal, or even cook with it during the making of the dinner. For those who love a clean, crisp and refreshing lager, Lincoln’s Session Lager can’t be beat!

White IPA

Our own IPA. The way we like it. Hope you enjoy!

If you’re the kind of person who likes to see what happens when two delicious things are combined (Cherry 7up + Dr Pepper = match made in heaven?) then this is the beer for you. We’ve taken a Weiss beer, added some farm grown coriander and combined it with a bunch of delicious hops- including some of our own home grown. We couldn’t be happier with the results and hope you are too.

RMB Porter

Our signature porter, with just enough flavor!

Finally, the RMB Porter has arrived! We give this classic beer a new twist. Our decadent brown porter is malty, with deep roasted coffee, and cocoa flavor and a mild hop finish.

Hop Slamdunkel

Our full of flavor, seasonal beer with hand picked hops!

This seasonal dunkelweizen is made with our artisanal water, wheat, caripils barley, fresh hops and yeast. Just before brewing, we hand-pick our farm grown hops. We add the fresh wet hops at the end of the brew process to give it a grassy, herbal note. In the glass, it has a creamy, malty head and rich brunette color.

Blood Orange

Our Mom’s favorite choice, reintroduced.

ThisThe RMB Blood Orange is a hefeweizen with history…as the first beer brewed by Caren & Connie (the Moms of RMB). We are reintroducing this pioneer beer as a Spring seasonal. Enjoy its fruity aroma, bright mouthfeel and hints of raspberry and grapefruit.

We are a production facility only and you can currently find our beers at bars, restaurants, liquor and grocery stores in Illinois. We want to focus on what we do best, which is making the beer plus we handle our own distribution. We truly do keep it in the family!
